RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals set by agency
- Grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community
- Prospect and initiate new sales while developing business referral relationships
- Effectively utilize phone, email, and social network to secure sales
- Execute, plan and implement office processes
- Primary focus is growing the agency with the expectation of servicing existing customers when needed ]
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have or obtain 2-20 Property and Casualty Insurance Sales License is required
- 2-3 years of previous sales experience preferred for sales position earning the top tier commission and bonus structure
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Must be organized, efficient, able to problem solve and multitask.
BENEFITS:
- BASE PAY $34,000 - $45,000 + Commissions and Bonuses (NOTE: base pay is determined by interview and background)
